Question # 1 - How do I know your referral systems will work for my particular business?

Out of 106 different referral systems that are explained in the program it is impossible not to find at least several that wouldn't work extremely well in your business. I've been consulting with businesses for over 10 years now and have used most of these referrals system successfully in all types of businesses.

The key is to understand how each referral system works and "tweak" it or slightly modify it to work for your specific business. In fact, in referral system # 1 you'll see exactly how I modified a slick working referral system used in the casino gaming industry to work like gangbusters in the hot tub sales and pool construction industry. Again, the key is to make the referral system work for your business.

Question # 2 - How much time, effort, and money will it take to implement your referral systems?

Many of the referral systems presented in the program are extremely simple and can be implemented overnight. Other referral systems require you to find a partner to set up the referral system with, which might take a few days.

The hardest part about implementing any referral system is motivating partners, employees, and customers to participate on a consistent basis. However, I address that issue at length in Volume 1 and how to easily get everyone bought into using the referral system on a regular basis.

Most of the referral systems cost nothing or very little to implement. Other referral systems require you to keep track of the referral source and then pay out monetary referral incentives. However, I look at it as "free money." It's money you never would have had if you hadn't implemented the referral system. So essentially, the referral system pays for itself. How good is that?

Question # 3 - Do the referrals systems run all by themselves?

An effective referral system will keep working whether you're there or not. It will work when you're on vacation, while you're sleeping, or when you're playing golf (or skiing in my case). No more uncomfortable moments having to ask for referrals.

The secret to making these referral systems run by themselves is to "institutionalize" them into your business. In Volume 1, you'll learn the absolute most effective way to do this. It's simpler than you think but almost no one does it.

So the answer to the question is...yes, every referral system can run by themselves as long as they're set up properly to do so and that they're institutionalized in your business.

Question # 5 - What is a "Microsoft PowerPoint video CD" that you mentioned in the salesletter?

The video programs were created using a screen capture program that creates a standard .avi file. In plain English, the program captures a screen shot of the computer screen and creates a video out of it. You won't see any talking heads or moving people in the video.

What you'll see is a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and you'll hear my voice explaining the referral system as we move through the PowerPoint slides. So in essence, it's like watching and listening to a PowerPoint presentation without any people involved.

Question # 6 - Do I need any special hardware or software to view the video CD's?

No and Yes. You don't need any special hardware or software to view the video CD's. In 95% of the cases all you'll have to do is put the CD into your computer's CD player and the Windows Media Player will automatically detect the video and start it right up.

But you must have a computer CD player to watch the videos.

If for some reason it doesn't start or you don't have Windows Media Player, I've included instructions on how to play the video without Windows Media Player.

Question # 7 - Can I listen to the video CD's in my portable CD player or car CD player?

No, the video CD's are to be played in a computer CD player. However, the bonus audio programs will play in your portable CD player or car CD player.

Question # 8 - How long will it take for me to get my Referral Systems program once I order it?

We send all orders through the United State Postal System via Priority Mail. We usually ship the day after we receive the order and if you're in the U.S. the transit time is usually two or three days. So if you order on a Monday you'll receive your package on Friday at the latest.

For orders that go to the United Kingdom or Canada you can expect the program to arrive within about 7 to 10 working days. And if you're Australia, Asia or the other side of world from the United States, you'll probably receive your package with 10 to 14 working days; however, our packages have been known to arrive a lot faster than that.

Sometimes we get surprised and receive large order quantities so every now or then we will have a delay in shipment. But that is a rare occasion. (I wish it wasn't...I like large orders :-)
