I only received your program on Friday, and today being Monday did not give me much time to review. However, I watched a good portion of the program over the weekend, and cold not wait to get in the office on Monday to start to put some of these ideas into practice. I find most, if not all the ideas I have come across, are very adaptable to my business.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the content!! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the course, but was very pleased once I had a chance to go through it

(there's a lot of information to digest :-) ). We've already begun implementing one of the ideas and let me tell you when I brought the concept to our management team they were blown away.

With a little tweaking of some of the other ideas, I'll be able to apply more than half the of the concepts you mention to all three of my businesses. I really enjoyed the fact that the program was on disk and found it quite handy when taking notes.
